Deadline for the "Cost Report" and "Team Member Selection"

Only a few days are left until the next deadline for the "Cost Report" and "Team Member Selection" is due.

Also, over the last days some students asked me, if there are major differences between the registered team members and normal visitors. Yes there are some as indicated below, and to make sure all your team members get these benefits, make sure you register them until July 1.

Please keep in mind after the 1st of July no changes are allowed to the selection of your Team Members for the Event in Hockenheim! This is because of policy requirements with the insurance company and the need to order the event t-shirts.

Only registered team members will have access to the pits after 6pm all night long. And only they will receive an exclusive Event-T-Shirt, a FSG Cap, a FSG Beer Mug and vouchers for the MAHLE-Party (beer and food) on Sunday.

After the 1st of July you will be able to purchase a visitors-tickets only. This does not include the benefits mentioned above and can be done on site for 10,- Euros a day or 25 Euros for all 4 days.
