Visa application and letter of invitation for FSG 2012

The FSG Executive Committee would like to point out the following: teams that need a letter of invitation in order to receive their Visa for FSG 2012, will have to make this known to Ms Ehrenreich before May 15^th. Additionally, the following issues need to be handled with upfront.

1. The team captain needs to designate all members for FSG 2012.
2. Therefore the HICs must be complete and valid.
3. There will be only one invitation letter for the complete team.
4. The team captain needs to tell Ms Ehrenreich in his/her mail whom the invitation should be send to. (postal address of the person responsible)


In case you need your visa before the middle of May, please contact Ms Ehrenreich as soon as possible.

It is the own responsibility of a team to make all necessary arrangements for visa application. The FSG Executive Committee cannot be held responsible in any way for too late or rejected visa applications.
