TU Graz is Winner Overall 2005

Winner Overall of the Formula Student Germany Pre-Event is the TUG Racing Team from Graz, Austria, followed by the teams from FH Stralsund, Germany, and from Helsinki Polytechnic, Finland. 675 points could have been scored overall; 620.3 points were reached by the five students from Graz, 613.1 by Stralsund and 612.4 by Helsinki.

Potential sponsors, journalists, students and other guests got an excellent first impression of the major event starting in 2006. The Harz-Ring near Aschersleben provided a familiar atmosphere for the teams with pits, camping ground and barbecue close together. Porsche Leipzig GmbH offered an impressing high quality ambience underlining the seriousness of this engineering competition. The advantages of both event locations will be combined in Hockenheim 2006.
