The "Aerodynamic devices" section of the Rules 2017 was updated

As stated when publishing the Rules 2017, the intent is to keep the possibility of oversea competition participation. Based on the feedback we received, the "Aerodynamic devices" section was the only part of the document not meeting this intent. Therefore it was adapted accordingly. 

Also a rule about the TSAL visibility equal to FSAE EV4.12.4 will be added to achieve full compliance.

This news is to inform you about this change, as it will be the only one which will have a bigger impact on your design process. An updated version of the complete rules document with additional minor changes will be published until the end of November.
