Harting awards “Most Energy Efficient Car” for FSE 2012

Intelligent and high performing connection technology forms the foundation of industrial application and manufacturing technologies. The product and solution range of the HARTING Technology Group headquartered in Espelkamp comprises connectors, device connection technology, network components and pre-assembled system cables. HARTING products connect and network devices, machines, facilities, systems and plants-transmitting data, signals and power. We are very pleased to be active once again as solid supporters of Formula Student Electric this year. On the one hand, we would like to help the teams to victory with our know-how and our connectors that have been fitted in a number of cars. On the other hand, we are on the jury once again in 2012 and will also play a role in bestowing the "Most Energy Efficient Car" award.

Students participating in the Formula Student 2012 are tomorrow's engineers and professionals and HARTING would like to spark their enthusiasm for our company and the Ostwestfalen Lippe region. We are looking forward to an exciting racing weekend and engaging conversations and discussion at the Hockenheimring.

The “Most Energy Efficient Car” will be identified during the endurance event. In addition to this the energy consumption of each car is automatically recorded. An application is not necessary.
