Until Tuesday 15:30, a maximum of 7 DV & EV team members with "pink passes" may enter specific areas on the venue. The only accessible areas are the pit building, charging tent and parts of the dynamic area.

Entering the Hockenheimring with your team truck and your team is split in three timeslots.

Stage 1

• Mon 09:30 10:30    Registration for 18 DV + 2 EV Teams, ASR, ESO, Drivers
• Mon 10:00 12:00    Entrance for 18 DV + 2 EV Team Vehicles + 7 Members per Team

Stage 2

• Mon 14:30 16:30 Registration for 38 EV Teams, ESO & Drivers
• Mon 15:00 20:00 Entrance for 38 EV Team Vehicles + 7 Members per Team

Stage 3

• Tue 15:00 17:30 Registration for 60 CV Teams
• Tue 15:30 19:00 Entrance for all CV Team Vehicles + All Members

During the whole Monday and until Tuesday 15:30 all DV & EV teams can only be on site with no more than 7 team members. These team member can be interchanged throughout the day.

From Tuesday 15:30 on, all registered team members of all classes can enter the competition site, the limitation to 7 is no longer valid. The route for the team trucks on Tuesday is different, see the map Link for Tuesday.

Only registered team members and team trucks can enter the competition site. Registration takes place before the entrance, see schedule for details: https://fsg.one/schedule

No team can enter the competition site for unloading with more than one team truck. Every team truck must be no longer than 12m including a possible trailer.
