Dear FSG Community & Alumni Teams!
This year we are celebrating the 20th anniversary of Formula Student Germany and the 15th anniversary of Formula Student Electric. That is why we would like to see at least some of the winners and participants from the last 20 years back on track in our “FSG Historic Cup”.
What is the “FSG Historic Cup”?
This additional class is a tribute to combustion, electric and driverless vehicles that have participated in FSG until and including 2019. With your alumni team you compete in several dynamic disciplines in Hockenheim in a competition among vehicles which are ‘(maybe) old but (definitely) gold’!
To enter this historic FSG competition class (August 22-24, with Tech-Inspection starting August 20), please apply via PollUnit with basic information about your vehicle and team and application video (landscape, min. 1080p, max. 5 min) to support your application (highly recommended).
We will accept applications from up to 30 teams until March 9th, 23:59 CET. If we receive more than 30 applications, we will select the vehicles to compete in the historic cup based on their past results, age and the application video, in this order.

- We do not charge participation nor registration fees from the alumni teams, but expect a binding confirmation.
- We expect up to 10 active participants per team who will be granted free access to the venue.
- We try to provide a large tent with 25 square metres per team.
- If a team wishes to bring more than one vehicle, each vehicle will be treated as an additional team. It should then also apply separately.
