Final Preparations for Pre-Event

The preparations for the Pre-Event are nearly completed. The teams will arrive on Tuesday, will get their own pit and build up their tents. In the evening Formula Student Germany will give all of them an official welcome.
Also on Tuesday the scruteneering will start. To guarantee the saftey we will be supported by TÜV SÜD Group. The scruteneering will include the brake and noise test.
Last Monday Formula Student Germany visited Porsche Leipzig to have a final check and hit the racetrack. During these test the endurance track was set up. This track will be very exciting for the drivers. It will include all elements of the Rules, which means narrow hairpins and some straights.
A highlight will be the guided driving on the Racetrack behind a Porsche Carrera GT. The students will get a close look to this high performance car.
