Event Handbook available – new registration process

The Event Handbook with information for all participating teams is now available as pdf file. Teams are asked to read the handbook carefully in advance.

The registration process has been changed for 2009 – please read this section particularly! The starting point of the event for all teams is the registration at the ticket center which is positioned behind the south grandstand for the first hour of the team registration. The position in the waiting queue defines the order for not only the registration, but also for the upcoming procedures of entering the pits with the truck and the scrutineering. This will make the whole process more relaxed for everyone involved, once having received a number. To get a good position in scrutineering you just have to be in the queue at the ticket center earlier than the others. Registration will start at 13:00 on Wednesday, numbers will be handed out at 11:00. It is strongly recommended to read the Event handbook in advance to make sure you don’t miss a preparation. Having your preparation incomplete you will have to queue up again.
